The Association of Consumer Societies of the Ahal region - the legal address of the administrative building of the association’s Board: 51, Aba Annayev street, Bagtyyarlyk district, Ashgabat city.
In its activities, the Association is guided by the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Laws of Turkmenistan “About Consumer Society” and “About Public Associations”, acts of the President of Turkmenistan, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, legal regulations of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, the Charter, re-registered by the Ministry of Adalat (Justice) of Turkmenistan dated May 17, 2023 and re-registered by the Tax Department of Bagtyyarlyk district of Ashgabat city under the Tax Department of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan dated June 8, 2023 and other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan.
The association is founded by consumer societies and their organizations and enterprises on a voluntary basis.
Economic, financial and other relations between the Association and the founders are carried out based on its own Charter, laws and regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan.
The main purpose of the Association consists of the development of the system of consumer societies and promotes the development of individual production activities.
The association has a round seal with its own name, depicting the symbol of consumer societies in the form of a rising sun, an open cotton box, five stars meaning five regions and two Ahal-Teke horses, as well as other attributes necessary for its own activities.
Employees of the Association: Chairman of the Management Board and 2 deputy chairmen, departments: accounting and reporting department, control and audit department, markets, catering, construction and transport department, personnel department, there are only 46 employees in the Association.
When Merging, there are 11 consumer societies, 1 self-supporting enterprise and 7 markets belonging to consumer societies.
Consumer societies are engaged in trade services, there are grocery stores and other retail outlets, mobile trade organizations and markets on the ground.
The association is the individual owner of the property at its own disposal. As an individual owner, the Association has the right to use the property at its own discretion for any actions not prohibited by law.
Resources and other assets necessary for the implementation of statutory tasks are considered the property of the region association of consumer societies. According to the purposes related to the activities of the association, structures, buildings, machines, equipment, vehicles, manufactured products, goods, cash and other assets belong to the region association of consumer societies.
Implements goods, equipment, raw materials and other tangible assets to enterprises, organizations, citizens, as well as their acquisition, exchange, leasing and temporary use, as well as when they are worn out, may write off basic resources from its own balance sheet in agreement with a higher authority and on the basis of its permission.
When serving the population in the trading system, the Association - Consumer societies self-supporting enterprises, markets through appropriate shops, markets and mobile retail outlets create an abundance of grocery and other goods, vegetables and melons, flour and bakery products, their workshops for the production of bread and bakery products work smoothly. Work is being carried out to improve the level and usefulness of trade services, as well as to develop enterprises for trade, catering, procurement, industrial and other enterprises in accordance with modern requirements scientifically based structures are being developed. Together with consumer societies and consumer associations, it promotes and monitors the introduction of harvesting methods and new production facilities.
Reorganization (merger, affiliation, separation, transformation) and termination of activities are carried out on the basis of decisions of the General Meeting, the Management Board and a court decision.
After being excluded from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, the Association ceases its activities.
